Our specialised concierge service is dedicated to helping you make the most of your precious leisure time. Your Clarian experience is tailor made for you.

You can do as much as you like or nothing at all.

Following your initial enquiry, we can discuss your likes and dislikes, making helpful suggestions to assist in identifying your preferences for your break.

Once this initial consultation is complete, we will develop a draft itinerary for your approval and will post or e-mail this to you together with information regarding the accommodation, restaurants and activities discussed.

When you have decided what you would like to do and agreed the itinerary, we can meet you at your home or place of work (subject to it's location being within the South East of England) to finalise details with you. Alternatively, this can be done by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Your personal Clarian Consultant will be on call for you throughout your stay. Your 'Welcome Pack' (in your hotel room) will have numbers to reach your Consultant in addition to an alternative number in the event you are unable to contact him/her.

Should you wish to change anything on your original itinerary, simply call your Clarian consultant and ask him/her to arrange things for you. This includes changes, where practical, whilst you are actually taking part in any pre-planned activity. If you do not like it, want to do something else, or the weather is not appropriate, just call your Consultant. You will be advised on any cost implication prior to any changes being made.

Your Clarian Experience starts from the moment you decide you want to book your break. Simply call us and we will take care of all of the planning, booking and transportation (*).

Your time is too valuable to be dealing with the detail. Let Clarian handle it all for you.

Chauffeur Service  Back

We can arrange chauffeur driven transportation, if required (*From locations within the South East of England).

From your home, place of work, railway station or airport. Should your partner be at home and you at work, we can make two collections or if required, use two vehicles to bring you to your retreat.

From your retreat to your activities and restaurants.

Returning you to your home, place of work, railway station or airport.

For clients residing outside the South East of England, Clarian will be happy to arrange (or provide advice on) alternative methods of transportation if required.

Should you require a dedicated chauffeur driven vehicle for the day, whilst on your break, we can organise this for you.

Simply tell us your transportation requirements and leave the booking arrangements to us.


South East of England Back

Not only does the South East of England have some of the most breathtaking and beautiful scenery, it also has an amazing wealth of castles, historical places of interest, a wide variety of sporting venues and activity options.

Battle sites from the year 1066 through to the smuggling and ship-building ports that are part of England's heritage… ancient abbeys, Kentish vineyards, windmills, oast houses and quaint, sleepy villages…

We have built our portfolio of retreats, hotels and activities around the areas known as '1066 Country', 'The Cinque Ports' and 'The Weald of Kent'.

We have carefully selected this area to provide our discerning clients with a wide range of options whilst ensuring that we can remain close to respond to your needs.

London is approximately 60 minutes away by train and Paris can be reached in
120 minutes by Eurostar train. Special tours to these great capitals can be arranged.

For those escaping from the bustle of city life, Clarian have based their portfolio in an area where you can truly leave the stress behind, relax and luxuriate at a gentler pace: (unless of course you have booked some exciting experiences from our extensive activity list!)

The major towns within our area are Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Ashford, Eastbourne, Rye, Tenterden, Canterbury, Folkestone and Hastings. Northern France is just a matter of 30 minutes away by train.

Draft Itinerary Back

Once we have discussed your likes and dislikes, we will propose a few options for you to consider. When you decide which is appropriate, we will formulate and send by post or e-mail to you a personal itinerary covering all aspects of your break. At this time, we will also send our Terms and Conditions of Business, your Booking Confirmation Form, a quotation and Payment Details.

Once this detail has met your approval, we will provisionally book, pending final confirmation from you, your break including activities. You will need to sign the acceptance forms and return these to us, effecting payment as advised. Once we have received these, we will commence the final confirmation process. Unfortunately, we cannot fully confirm items until we have received your acceptance forms and payment.


Payment Details Back

All payments made by you in advance of your break will be placed in a Trust Account controlled by independent auditors. (See Terms & Conditions)

These funds will be released to Clarian after you have taken your break. In the event Clarian have not fulfilled or paid for your booking, you will be able to apply for a refund from the Trustees of the account.

Insurance Back

Clarian recommend that all clients take out insurance to cover the costs of cancellation, curtailment and accidents. We can offer a policy specifically written for Clarian clients and this will be available for purchase to cover either just one particular break or an annualised cover. We will discuss this with you as part of the booking process.


Privacy Policy Statement & Data Protection Back

Information supplied by you will not be divulged to other parties without your permission except in circumstances where it is necessary to confirm a booking on your behalf. Hotels, restaurants and activity providers within the Clarian portfolio have been advised that any information provided to them by Clarian relating to their clients is not to be divulged to third parties without your express permission.

Booking Forms / Itineraries / Terms & Conditions Back

This website offers a flavour of the type of break available. The full details and information provided to you immediately prior to your booking confirmation represents the basis of the agreement between yourself and Clarian and not the information on this website.

We will send you all of the above details in addition to detailed information on your retreat, restaurants and activities. You should return your booking confirmation and make your payment ONLY when you have read and agreed these.

In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances arising, resulting in Clarian not being able to offer the break as paid for by you and confirmed by us, we will propose an amended itinerary equal to, or in excess of the value you have paid for this break as a replacement. Should this proposed, altered itinerary not be acceptable to you, we will make a 100% refund of monies paid by you to Clarian for this particular break.
